I was honored to have one of my images selected and judged at International Photographic Competition which took place at PPA’s annual convention in Nashville this last week. I am now able to share my image titled “Billowing Belle.”
This image was captured a few years ago. I made many modifications, including changing the tonal harmony (this dress was actually a greenish-yellow) so full attention was placed on this beautiful, young lady’s face. 🥰
I am thankful for the opportunity to better my photographic skills through the process of competition. Competition is hard, it takes an open mind and a willingness to learn, even at the expense of your own feelings sometimes. Conductive criticism has been one of my biggest educators, carrying these lessons into my everyday work. And for that, I am grateful.❤️
